Book a load sequence
Follow a quote request through booking confirmation and asynchronous dispatch.

A successful booking returns to the caller before dispatch consumes its confirmation event. This fictional freight workflow puts synchronous requests and asynchronous messages in the same sequence diagram.
Adapt the flow
Change the participants to match your services. Steps refer to participant IDs through from and to; msgType distinguishes sync, return and async messages.
The example follows the successful path through quote creation and booking. Add the failures your review needs to cover, such as an expired quote or a rejected booking. The diagram records the intended message order; it does not verify runtime behavior.
